We are seeking a highly organised and efficient part-time HR Administrator to join our team in Newcastle-under-Lyme on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Providing day-to-day general HR administration, including processing new joiners and leavers, maintaining employee records, and producing HR related reports.
- Supporting absence and performance management processes and documentation.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contributing to HR initiatives, programs, and company events.
- Assisting with recruitment processes.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of company & team events
- Aiding the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks and documentation.

**Qualifications**
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HR administration or a related role is preferred
- CIPD qualified or Degree in HR preferred but not required
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal with data and produce reports Data whisperer who can turn numbers into meaningful stories
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude

**Additional Information** Working hours**:working hours are 16 hours or 2 days per week. We are flexible with working patterns to be discussed during the recruitment process.
