**Night Carer / Night Support Worker**
**Location: Hayward Care Centre, Devizes**
**Pay rate: £10.65 per hour**
**Contracted hours: Full time and part time hours available,20:00-08:00 shifts including alternate weekends**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Do you prefer to work nights?**

This role will be working within our specialist Discharge to Assess (D2A) nursing unit at Hayward Care Centre. There is no ‘one’ model that will deliver discharge to assess. The main purpose of this unit is to support people who cannot go straight home after a hospital stay providing an assessment for longer-term care and support needs such as rehabilitation or reablement.

You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

**Hayward Care Centre is an 80 bed Care Home situated in Devizes. The home offers compassionate, individualised residential, dementia and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.5 by Carehome.co.uk and GOOD by the Care Quality Commission.**
