**Trainee Recruiter in Manchester**

You'd work on **retained projects with clients** - so **no new business developmen**t for you to do.

**The Role**:

- Headhunting the best talent in the industry for your clients businesses.
- You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, networking, sales calls & meetings.
- You will develop your own client base and become their partner for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
- You'll manage offers & close deals.

Once you have learned and successfully put into practise all aspects of the role you will graduate into a full consultant which will then come with a pay rise
