Essential Criteria:

- 6 months in a similar busy city centre bar+
- Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
- Proven track record of Customer Care

Desirable Criteria

- NVQ Level 2 in Food Drink Service (or similar)

- 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
