About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Carrying out paint repairs, full resprays, and cosmetic finishing
- Ensuring all work meets industry standards for quality and safety
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive prep and paint work
- Knowledge of paint mixing systems and refinishing techniques
- Ability to identify and correct imperfections
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Team player with good communication skills
