Now, we are seeking a passionate Lifestyles Assistant to join our team and actively engage in delivering enjoyable and stimulating activities within our homes. As a key member of the Lifestyles team, you will work closely with the Lifestyles Team Leader to ensure that all residents have access to a wide range of activities that suit their individual needs and preferences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the delivery of our activities programme, based on relationship-centred care principles, to enhance the lives of our residents.
- Collaborating with the Lifestyles Team Leader to promote events and activities, ensuring all team members and residents are aware and involved.
- Regularly reviewing and refreshing activities to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
- Encouraging relationship-centred care among the team, empowering residents to make choices that suit their lifestyles.
- Building positive connections with the local community, fostering volunteerism and charity partnerships.

To thrive in this role, you should be outstanding, reflecting the high standards set by our residents, relatives, and communities. Your ethics should align with our values-driven approach, and your caring and compassionate nature should inspire our residents to fully participate in and enjoy the activities you facilitate. Experience in organizing events and working with older individuals, including those with dementia, will be highly beneficial.
