Mercury Air Conditioning Ltd are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our rapidly growing team.

As an ambitious, new and expanding business, the role entails installing and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for a range of projects across a variety of sectors; from small domestic projects to huge scale commercial projects at varying sites across Essex, London and surrounding areas. We are looking for a self
- driven, reliable individual with extensive knowledge on the HVAC industry.

**Please note: Parking is not available on site, however there are various car parks and transport links within walking distance**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Generate estimates for clients based on specification
- Work alongside the design team to cost new design and build projects
- Assist with surveying sites ahead of installing heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the industry and the products and services involved

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience within a similar role desirable
- Ability to communicate technical or industry-specific information in an easy-to-understand format
- Excellent product and service knowledge including technical aspects, as well as the potential benefits a product could have for a customer
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including excellent after-sales communication and care
- Ability to set your own schedule to manage and make appointments with clients
- Highly conscientious and well organised
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence working independently
- Willingness to excel in fast moving, highly motivated company who strive to deliver quality projects

**Benefits**:

- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- 40 hour working week 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with a 60 minute unpaid break
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays on completion of 5 years continuous service with the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
