As the oldest Cornish pasty maker in the world, we pride ourselves on delivering delicious baked goods and brilliant customer service. We are now seeking a **Team Member** to join us in our store in **Crownhill** for **2-3 days a week**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide brilliant customer service that leaves our customers smiling.
- Maintain our high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions
- Bake off products as required
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have with your product knowledge
- Ensure stock levels are well maintained
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented
- Promote our products, Warren’s loyalty card and special offers

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- **Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays**:
