Due to the expansion of the number of our collection points, we are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and reliable Lead Collector to support the Area Collections Manager with the coaching and mentoring of new drivers in the North West area.

As a Lead Collector, you will be required to cover holidays and absences along with clothing bank maintenance and clearance of fly tip as well as supporting your area by collecting donations of clothing from our clothing banks and bringing them back to a designated storage site, situated in your location.

This is a role, which through its nature, will include an above average amount of manual handling but that also gives you a degree of autonomy and the ability to manage daily working hours.

You will be required to work on a Saturday with a day off in the week.

**If you have**:

- A full and current driving licence
- Manual handling experience (not essential)
- An ability to physically lift and carry large amounts of donated clothing
- The ability to work in challenging conditions
- Knowledge of the local area
