**Objectives -**
Overall accountability for all onsite infrastructure and field services issues related topics for the UK region. - Manage transformation of infrastructure services and projects to improve efficiency and quality of services. - Owns the infrastructure vendor relationship and acts as a main escalation path for local managers. - Interface to EMEA infrastructure organization.
**Responsibilities **
- Co-governance of infrastructure services within the UK region. - Supervise and control activities performed by technicians ensuring quality, security and efficiency standards. - Validate processes and procedures to be implemented. - Counterpart for global project managers for local services. - Manage business requirements and expectations. - Report status, results and issues for the UK region according to defined reporting structures and proposing solutions and improvements. - Initiates and gathers business needs. - Comply to local and global policies. - Actively participate in continuous improvement process. - Manage global projects and initiatives locally
**Required skills and qualifications -**
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field. - Three years minimum of experience in IT coordination role. - Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, networks, databases, information security. - Project management and Agile methodologies experience. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. - Leadership capabilities, communication, negotiation and problem-solving. - Customer, results and continuous improvement oriented. - Flexibility, adaptability and work under pressure capacity. - Solid Business Cases preparation background.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5

Pay: £33,495.00 per year
