The Holiday Inn Brentford Lock nestled overlooking the scenic waterways of the Grand Union Canal. This four-star hotel is located in west London and has been created for comfort and style and offers a warm and welcoming service to all guests. The hotel has 6 modern meeting rooms and 134 en-suite bedrooms; it is the first in Europe to have a revolutionary open lobby concept. With good transports link, the hotel can be easily accessed by public transport. Brentford train station is about 10 minutes' walk to the hotel. As a Reception Team Member you’ll deliver a friendly and efficient service; to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and ensure they have a great experience. You’ll be attentive to our guests needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently. You will be totally guest focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

**Role in our Family**:
The position of Reception Team Member has become available at the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock Reporting into the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Maintains knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
- Performs check in, Check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservations
- Prepares all required information for a well handled group check in and check out
- Daily based cashier check of all open balances, especially city ledgers
- Maintains cashier float and ensues accurate daily report of all money receive
- Handles the correct billing of guest expenses
- Stays informed about all modifications to accounting policies and procedures
- Responsibility for the correct massage handling
- Daily check of all departures, informing guests about the late check out costs and procedures
