General Insurance offers a broad range of products to customers through a diversified, multichannel distribution network.- About the Role- This is a great opportunity to join the Global Early Careers Recruitment team as a dedicated Early Careers Recruiter for the UK business. In this role you will gain exposure to a variety of stakeholders and different business functions within AIG, and be part of a friendly and professional HR and Global Talent team.- This is an exciting and varied role where you will have the opportunity to recruit and develop diverse talent pipelines across our Graduate, Intern and Apprentice programmes, providing dedicated support to ensure that a high-quality recruitment experience is delivered within a busy and dynamic environment. You will partner with the business and liaise with stakeholders externally to support our recruitment activity, leveraging your skills to effectively prioritise your workload to achieve recruitment objectives.- Key Responsibilities:- Build strong, consultative relationships with business managers and HR partners to recruit a diverse pipeline of early career talent. - Develop targeted attraction strategy, supported by data analysis, to promote Early Career roles to a broad student population. Including creating and posting job descriptions across multiple channels, organising and attending recruitment events, career fairs and insight days. - Collaborate with global Early Careers team to plan and deliver AIG Summer Internship program, including orientation, events and performance evaluation process. Partner with external organisations and internal employee groups on recruitment initiatives.- What we are looking for:- Demonstrated experience in campus recruitment in a fast-paced business environment, working with business managers, HR partners and external suppliers to source top talent. - Strong initiative and proven ability to prioritise a high-volume workload, maintaining exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both student audiences and within the organisation. - A good understanding of the UK University and Apprentice recruitment landscape, and a passion for strategically recruiting top talent.We're proud to offer a range of employee benefits and resources that help you protect what matters most - your health care, savings, financial protection and wellbeing.
