**Semi-Skilled Technician/Mechanic - Edinburgh**

Are you a semi-skilled technician/mechanic? Are you passionate about automobiles and eager to kick-start your career in the automotive industry? This could be the opportunity for you Clark Commercials VW Edinburgh; part of the John Clark Motor Group, are looking to recruit, train, develop and invest in a Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Semi Skilled Mechanic.

John Clark will fast track your career to become a fully qualified Level 3 Technician, you will learn from skilled professionals and gain invaluable hands on experience as well as brand knowledge.

**Responsibilities of the Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic**:

- Preparing new and used vehicles to high standard
- Replacing wheels and tyres
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various light vehicles.
- Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements of the Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic**
- Hold a minimum qualification of Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
