Well-being Teaching Assistant - SEMH - Support - SEN - Northampton

Many children in the Northampton area struggle with their learning and development and need additional support to gain the ability to be in the correct headspace to begin their learning. Well-being can affect our ability to learn and function which is whyit is key that students have a high well-being in order to be able to access the learning and absorb the most out of it.

This is why we are looking for well-being assistants to support children across Northampton to achieve brilliance and further their mind It is important that we empower minds and support students to develop and thrive.

Well-being Teaching Assistant - SEMH - Support - SEN - Northampton

In this role you will be working alongside teachers and other members of staff to best support the children. Creating tasks and techniques to support children to get back into the learning zone and help maintain their focus. Well-being and understandingwill be at the forefront of your role in and out of the classroom. By supporting well-being you will be pushing the students to brilliance and creating a safe environment for them to be in.

This role will include working as a close team to ensure the children are all getting the support they need. Developing techniques to best support children of all different ages, stages and abilities. Exploring the environment with the students to get thebest outcomes in their learning. Supporting learning needs to see development and progression in the classroom.
