Financial Controller

Working closely with the MD and Operations Director of a manufacturing group based near Dewsbury, the role of Financial Controller will manage a finance team of 4 and will provide accurate and timely financial reporting for four individual trading entities.This will include;
- Oversee and support the day to day running of the finance department.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary & KPI's with submission to the Directors
- Balance Sheet review and reconciliations including WIP/long term contracts.
- Year-end accounts and tax packs.
- Preparation of annual budgets including Balance Sheet and Cashflow
- Management of cash flow and treasury including invoice discounting facility and foreign exchange forward contracts.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to Head Office.
- Continued improvement to financial systems
- Point of contact for the company's Bankers, Funders, Auditors, Tax advisors, Head office, HMRC, Pension Company and Insurance Brokers.
- Preparation and submission of P11D's
