**Duties**
- Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently, ensuring proper loading and unloading of laundry items.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron various types of fabrics according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is kept in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of laundry items as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to laundry services.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
- Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and their safe usage is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
