As the Design Manager, you will ensure pre-construction and contract projects meet with the clients and business design requirements to the company's high standards. You will be expected to control, co-ordinate, plan, and programme design services over severalmulti disciplined contracts simultaneously, whilst providing technical support.

Essential criteria:

- Detailed knowledge of MEP building services,
- 5 years prior experience in design or design management role,
