Title: Project Manager
Location: Sheffield (HYBRID | 3 days in the office)
**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
My client is a rapidly growing software business, providing innovative cloud-based web solutions and mobile app development to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. They are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join theirteam and help drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding client projects and requirements
- Project planning and scheduling
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing and mentoring the development team
- Conducting project meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Developing project specifications and testing the work produced by the development team
- Identifying new business opportunities and improving business efficiencies
- Overseeing contracts agreements and employee appraisals
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a flexible and relaxed hybrid working environment
- Some BA experince would beneficial
Open-minded approach to learning new technologies and continuously improving processes
