- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Assistant to join our team. This role blends product knowledge and expertise, a knowledge of interior design trends, and excellent customer service with administration and processes associated with a vibrant retail environment._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- _Use your people skills and product expertise to sell, advise on, and promote our tile and associated product ranges to members of the public and trade customers, face-to-face and over the phone._
- _Represent the CTD brand and contribute to the profitability and reputation of your branch by working as part of a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets._
- _Deal with customers face-to-face._
- _Ensure showrooms are clean and tidy._
- _Ensure branch standards are maintained._
- _Ensure point of sale displays are up-to-date and accurate._
- _Have a welcoming and confident approach when dealing with the public._
- _Carry out all cash transactions, refunds, and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures._
- _Maintain an awareness of interior design trends and the role that tiles have in renovation schemes._
- _Complete customer orders over the phone._
- _Offer exceptional customer service, even when under pressure._
- _Offer specific advice to customers on products and their use._
- Experience and Skills required_
- _Previous experience in a retail environment_
- _Interest in interior design trends._
- _Excellent customer service skills._
- _Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions._
