Our Client, a leading car manufacturer is currently looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their BMW business based out of their Trafford Park Dealership. Our client is a family business with more than 100 years of experience and one of the leading suppliersof prestige vehicles.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday 08:00 - Friday 17:00, Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30
Location: Trafford Park
As a Vehicle Technician, you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers vehicles, MOT's, ordering relevant parts and completing the work to the highest of standards. They are also accountable for the highest level of repair and maintenance.
About the role
- Completing MOT's on customer vehicles (if you have an MOT licence)
- Completing major and minor repairs
- Fault finding and fault diagnosis of cars
- Using diagnostic tools to find faults and repair as necessary
- Replacing parts and completing work where required
- Working with other centre areas (Service, Parts, etc) and keeping all informed
- Meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets
- Conducting road tests with customers
- Light and full-service work
About You
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer environment (ideally)
- Hold a valid NVQ level 3 (Minimum)
- Hold a valid MOT licence (ideally)
- Have worked previously to efficiency & productivity targets
- Take great care and pride in your work giving no return visits for customers
- Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to d0evelop further
- Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
- Able to commute to Trafford Park
