**The Role**
The key responsibilities include:

- Quantity check on incoming deliveries
- Updating reports on stock
- Record keeping faults and solutions for inspections
- Raising quality and technical concerns with product technologists
- Reviewing reoccurring issues
- Work closely with other departments such as customer services
- Quality check on customer complaints replacements
- Reviewing and documenting customs returns

**The Person**
- Good attention to details and awareness of quality control
- Able to understand technical information
- Ability to prioritise work load and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated and good team works skills
- Good understanding of safe manual handling
