As a Customer Service and Operations Assistant at Sushea, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful day-to-day operation of the business. This includes serving customers, preparing food, cleaning, ordering, inputting data, upholding food safety standards, receiving deliveries, communicating with management and having fun while loving life.

Your natural ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and to be confident, motivating, and inspiring, will be essential in this role. You will need to manage yourself while supporting other members of staff in a positive and encouraging manner, while demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You may be required to respond to and resolve minor customer problems, knowing when to refer situations to management for resolution.

Attention to detail with a high level of organisation, respect for food hygiene procedures and other health and safety procedure standards is important. You should also be confident in using and learning computer systems for serving, stock management, and social media purposes. Having a flexible, positive approach to the job role as it evolves in line with the growth of the business is also necessary.

Training will be provided in all the necessary areas of the business, ensuring that you feel confident with all tasks that are expected of you. Experience and skills in food preparation and/or front of house are great, however, these can be taught to the right person who shares our ethos for life, work, and play.

- Food Safety and Hygiene certificate Level 2
- First Aid at Work qualification
