Customer Sales Advisor (Permanent - Full Time role)

Location: Edmonton store

**Salary**: £21,500 per annum plus attractive benefits

Access Self Storage Ltd is one of the UK’s leading providers of self-storage services in a large and expanding market.

Job Purpose: To guarantee Access Customers an excellent level of service whilst at the same time ensuring the highest level of sales for the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the achievement of the financial targets of the store
- Identify and quantify the potential available from each customer for increasing occupancy and revenue within the store
- Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
- Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness
- Making sure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to for the benefit of customers and staff alike.
- Comply consistently with all company procedures

To be suitable for this role, you will have strong and proven experience and knowledge within a customer service role involving sales. It would be advantageous if you have experience within a retail background where you would have dealt with a diverse group of customers.

The successful applicant will also:

- Be a computer literate with a good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be naturally target driven and always exploring every possible opportunity.
- Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a small team environment.
- Be adaptable to lone working.
- Be well organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete multiple tasks.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be ideally living within a 30 - 45 minute commute of the store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
