To provide comprehensive administrative support as part of a busy sprinkler & water mist estimating team. Working with clients and engineers you will plan and organise works from the order stage through to completion ensuring client satisfaction.

**Typical Responsibilties**:

- Estimate works in mechanical water mist and sprinkler aspects of the company
- Write tendering and supporting documentation for quoted projects
- Liaising with clients for information relating to the project tendering
- Be able to complete full QSORs for the project
- Liaise between sales team and general management
- Able to approve costings to general mangers
- Talk to suppliers to get equipment costs
- Have the ability to talk to clients in depth of the system and equipment being offered in tender and attend meetings if required
- Plot out sprinkler heads and pipe routes to tender projects
