**Job Description**:
The role will be based in Hemel Hempstead, working Monday to Friday and will report to the Senior Project Management Officer for the PMO within the Government, Health & Housing business area.

**Responsibilities**
- Working as part of a small PMO team and providing support to the G, H & H project managers.
- General administration to support the team in maintaining and updating project information.
- Supporting with monthly processes in terms of approvals, invoicing, and milestone management.
- Using an online professional services platform to set up and provide oversight of projects (known as engagements) during their lifecycle.
- Adherence to Governance processes and project management principles.
- Using various reporting tools to manage engagements effectively.
- PMO related duties such as arranging meetings, taking notes and actions, updating documentation, and coordinating training.
