**About the role **

We are looking to expand our VM team and boost sales by showcasing products in a way that’s both commercial and creative, while keeping the customer and our brands at the heart of everything we do.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with natural creativity and visual flair, to continue or develop their career within visual merchandising. This role is based in the South, and you will be responsible for the stores in your region on how they look and how they deliver VM standards.

We will look to you to ensure the visual merchandising standards across our stores are the highest quality and that our product displays and point of sales are fully optimised to maximise sales.

This is a field-based role covering the South (including London) and due to this, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.

You will be a strong and clear communicator, able to express and transfer your visual merchandising knowledge and able to coach store teams, in all aspects of window dressing and in-store visual merchandising. We are looking for someone with a creative flair, who is also positive and flexible to the brands needs. Being self-motivated and taking initiative is a must along with a lot of energy and enthusiasm.

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Work with VM Manager to lead and inspire store teams in terms of VM across your selected stores.
- Follow clear guidelines and visual standards set from the VM Manager to inspire and guide the entire team.
- Partner with retail managers to work collaboratively, keeping communication clear and concise.
- Train and develop store teams on VM standards, the expectation and ways of working within VM.
- Maintain high visual standards across stores and commercial areas.
- Act as the go-to expert for visual merchandising, providing support and problem-solving within your region.
- Work closely with VM Manager to share, create and present visual concepts with internal stakeholders, source materials, and manage budget (where applicable, most of this would sit with the VM Manager).
- Collaborate with Retail Operation Managers to achieve full potential within stores and flag any concerns or areas we can improve.
- Engage with customers to understand their experience in stores, gain knowledge on potential learnings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new in products and any up-and-coming campaigns.
- Participate in briefings and meetings with Head Office.
- Perform daily housekeeping and minor maintenance to uphold strict standards and ensure stock is replenished and visually merchandised according to guidelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally from a HO or Field based role.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Proactive, analytical and entrepreneurial approach to improving VM within stores and therefore increasing sales.

**Working Pattern**
- You may be required to support the retail team with store updates, moves and openings.
- Because of the adaptive nature of this role, flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
