**Reporting To**: Operations Manager

**Role Overview**:
An **Operations Co-Ordinator** role is an **essential** and key function within our customers **telecommunications** business. Liaising with clients and the internal sales team to ensure an organised flow through, from point of sale to completed installation.
You will **assist** and **support** the installation team, to ensure you provide **excellent customer service** which meets and exceeds customer expectations. You **must**be **proactive**, **friendly,hardworking**, and a **good team player**
**Role Profile**:
As the Operations Co-Ordinator, you will be expected to **work as part of a team and to work alone,** unsupervised. The role consists primarily of **account managementorganisinginstallations of PBX/Hosted sales.** You will be the **main point of contact** for the customer during the installation period.
You must be able to accurately record and forward diarise future call backs. You must be a **strong communicator**with **excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to multitask,** as there will be a number of projects you will be handling at the same time.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Processing new/existing customer’s orders for installations
- Scheduling engineers for installations
- Liaising with BT Wholesale through Gamma via phone or online portal.
- Placing orders to migrate lines and calls, or other services
- Answering inbound calls
- Resolving customer queries, liaising with all relevant departments including liaising with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure a smooth installation.
- Maintaining & updating GoldMine calendar.
- Supporting with all round administration duties
- Escalating complex customer service/installation problems and complaints to the Operations Manager
- Any other duties as required.

**Essential Skills**:

- Must have **Word, Excel and Microsoft knowledge**:

- **Telecom knowledge is essential.** Our customers core products are Wildix, Horizon, NEC. Knowledge of any of these products would be extremely beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills, there is a lot of administration required to process the orders
