**Weekend Housekeeping Attendant** to join our Accommodation Services team, working Saturday, 9-3.30 and Sunday, 10-3.30.
- We’re one of the largest teams on the estate, dynamic and always working hard to achieve the highest possible standards in all that we do; our aim is to exceed our guests’ expectations. We work front of house, so in addition to our specific cleaning knowledge, we’re great communicators, with outstanding attention to detail.
- Our rooms are as glorious as the landscape that frames them, all with 5 star luxury. Each is individually inspired by the mountains and meadows, rivers and lochs of the Perthshire countryside. From the grandest room in the house, the Royal Lochnagar suite, to our individually designed Estate Suites, all offer the perfect mix of homeliness and glamour.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role...**:

- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation
- Servicing our guest bedrooms; making beds professionally following our procedures; servicing bathrooms by washing and emptying bins; wash all surfaces and floors; clean shower, bath, basin, bidet, and toilet to the best quality standard
- Vacuuming bathrooms, bedrooms floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris
- Providing turndown service to our guests, as required
- Meeting with our guests' questions confidently and professionally, playing a key part in ensuring they have a wonderful experience
- Ensuring all service areas are well stocked with necessary products, making sure these are always clean and tidy for the next day
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly via our property management system; always seeing the task through to successful completion
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for...**:

- Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role, we'll provide you though with full training; you'll also be able to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards are all second nature to you
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
