**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately.

Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the kitchen staff.

Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Utilise basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
Confident Speaker: Comfortable engaging with guests, making them feel valued and at home.

Well Presented: A neat and professional appearance is essential.

Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. We are open to hiring school leavers and will provide training.

Friendly and Bubbly: A cheerful and outgoing personality to create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues as needed.

Work Well Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining composure and delivering excellent service during busy periods.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
