As Head of Bar & Mixology, you will help with the seamless running of Flute our dining Bar by supplying exquisite cocktails and beverages to the Broadwick Soho guest ensuring the highest level of service.

The Head of Bar & Mixology will bring their creative flair, extensive knowledge, and passion for cocktails to the Bar team in all F&B outlets developing exciting and relevant beverage experiences in both bars.

As a Head of Bar & Mixology, you will manage to create an innovative cocktail and beverage program for both the bar and the restaurant and the smooth running of both bars within the Broadwick Soho Hotel.

Working closely with the Flute Manager and Director of Operations, you will develop and enhance the Bar offerings while leading and developing a team of Bartenders.

You will be a brand ambassador for the bar and the wider hotel and play a vital part in Marketing & PR activations firmly establishing our bar as one of London’s Top Bars.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

**What do we need from you?**
- 5-6 years bartending in a luxury establishment
- Currently holding a similar position within a luxury 5* environment or high-end stand-alone bar
- Exceptional knowledge of wines, liquor, and champagnes
- Mixology training and exceptional understanding of cocktails
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to supervise and develop a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lift and carry boxes and crates supporting the Bar team, if necessary, with setup/deliveries, etc...
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
