**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, shredding, and printing.
- Accurately input and update patient information on clinical systems under supervision (e.g., SystmOne, JACS, CareFlow).
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take clear messages, and forward to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
For full details of what the role includes please read the attached Job Description or call Teresa Tromans, Administration Service Manager on 01246 568801.

- A respectful and supportive approach when dealing with patients and families
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support a close-knit team
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with patient systems (desirable)
