**Job Description** This business is looking for a Programmatic Operations Specialist to help us deliver, optimise and troubleshoot programmatic campaigns and analyse our programmatic partner performance across all business channels.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing programmatic media who is ready to progress by working on a variety of different programmatic orientated tasks such as deal set up, optimisation, troubleshooting, partner onboarding and managingkey internal/external stakeholder relationships.
In this role you will help drive revenue growth by ensuring our best-in-class programmatic campaigns continue to deliver ahead of expectation. You will utilise all data points available to you to build insights and make recommendations on client briefs tounlock spend.
You will keep up to date with new product developments, be involved in strategic projects and be encouraged to grow into the role to own and manage your own programmatic projects.
Core responsibilities
- Day-to-day delivery and management of programmatic display & video campaigns (PG, PMP, OMP) including set up, QA, troubleshooting, reporting and optimisation
- Monitoring day to day revenue reports and identifying any fluctuations to key metrics and programmatic partners’ performance
- Troubleshooting live site issues of programmatic campaigns and working with partners to resolve them
- Reviewing and recommending optimum set ups for our programmatic partners
- Reviewing and isolating discrepancies in both internal and external reports in a timely manner
- Making strategic recommendations to clients using data and insights garnered from our day to day reports and dashboard
- Liaising with partners and the finance team during month end invoicing
- Assisting the commercial team with forecasting and pipeline planning
- Maintaining good working relationships with wider commercial and non-commercial teams
**Who Fits The Bill**:
- Experience in working as a programmatic exec, operational or analytical role
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager or similar ad servers
- Good technical knowledge of key programmatic metrics and products to help problem solve and improve campaign performance
- Good understanding of of ad tech and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable looking at HTML5, Javascript and inspect elements on the page
- Knowledge of audience, contextual and verification providers is a bonus
- Being a team player who is ready to jump in and take initiative
