Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator - South Norfolk - Excellent package.
The current climate is a perfect arena for the focussed and determined Estate Agent. Market conditions have now changed and the 'salesman’ is very much back in vogue.
Our client is an established and forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to further increase its share of the market and they are now looking to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance still further the reputationof the company for quality and performance.
They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediatelybut would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance.
Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling and listing process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. The rewards structure caters for team effort and as such our client values team spirit alongsidepersonal success.
Ideally you will have some estate agency sales background but certainly your CV will highlight your success in a sales field, other than retail, that combines brilliant face-to-face confidence building as well as having an outstanding telephone manner.
