Come and join Farmfield as a Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, where you will be a friendly face to staff as you instil and maintain a positive working culture that has a strong emphasis on improving employees wellbeing. You will work 37.5 hours a week at Farmfield, where you'll be responsible for identifying the evolving needs of staff, which will see you provide resources, plan events and be a point of contact for those who may need further wellbeing assistance. As a Wellbeing and Welfare Champion, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders and supporting staff with communications. You will also liaise with the HR Department to support new starters during their induction and probationaryperiod A range of training opportunities are available that can see your career grow and you achieve your career aspirations. **Your responsibilities will include**: - Being a point of reference for new Internationally Educated Nurses allocated to Farmfield. - Providing information and guidance about the local area and British process including tier 2 visa requirements. - Ensuring organisation and coordination of their logistics, accommodation and amenities. - Supporting and acting where appropriate to ensure their wellbeing and acclimatisation to life in the UK. - Liaising with lead nurses and ward managers to allocate nurses and formulate induction programs. - Liaising with administrative departments to ensure on boarding of new nurses. - Managing all aspects of the company accommodation including but not limited to: ensure good working order and legality of all electrical goods, utility management, furnishing, property maintenance (routine and emergency), property contracts and lettingagreements, deep cleaning, providing provisions for new nurses. - Coordinate transport arrangements for International Nurses. - Participate as a driver when required to support International Nurse transport. **To be successful in this role, you'll need**: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible, adaptable with the ability to solve problems/issues in a practical way - Excellent written and oral skills are essential - Full UK Driving Licence **What you will get**: - Annual salary of £24,429 + Benefits - The equivalent of 33 days annual leave - plus your birthday off - Free meals and parking - Wellbeing support and activities - Career development and training - Pension contribution - Life Assurance - Enhanced Maternity Package There is also a range of other benefits including retail discounts and special offers and much more. **About your next employer**
