A position has arisen within our team for a Reservations/Guest Relations Agent. This company is an established business with great development opportunities to help their staff reach their potential and ambitions.

Days of work are 5 days per week on a rota basis covering the full 7 days the office is open. Hours of work is 9am-5pm. Flexibility is key to help cover holidays and any extra days that may be required.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:(not limited to)
- Ensure the guest journey from booking to check out is seamless and professional.
- Have a welcoming personality to guests coming to our office.
- Deliver a proactive sales culture within the office.
- Manage all aspect of booking, payments, guest enquiries and customer feedback.
- Running reports & updating spreadsheets.
- Manage guest reviews, responding to comments and investigating any complaints.
- Other administrative tasks as requested by the management team.
- Ideally experience working in a similar role.
- Hospitality industry knowledge desirable
- Fluent in English and good written English
- Ability to perform under pressure and turn a complaint into a success story.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication skills and telephone manner.
- Computer literate: experience with Microsoft Office word and excel is essential
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a small team is paramount
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to new company requirements.
- Keen eye for detail and accurate management of customer data.
- Self-starter with innovative ideas, enthusiastic to take on responsibility and new projects with a positive attitude.
