We are on the lookout for a Shop Manager to join a local charity in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

We are looking for someone with experience in retail management and a full driving licence would be useful.

Doing all you can to increase income to support the work of the Trust, your responsibilities will include greeting customers, merchandising, pricing, stock sorting and rotation, banking, and staff planning. You will be supervising a small team of volunteers.

This role is offered on a permanent basis.

Hours of work for this position are Monday - Saturday, working 5 days, including some Saturdays on a rotational basis so flexibility over working days will be needed.
