**What you'll do**:

- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company and client standards.
- Operate the till accurately, manage cash handling, and complete sales documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness across service areas, including tables, counters, and floors.
- Ensure all food and hygiene standards are met, following HACCP and company policies.
- Replenish food counters, condiments, and vending machines as required.
- Support with deliveries, temperature checks, and record keeping.
- Assist with special functions and provide cover in other areas when needed.

**What you'll bring**:

- A passion for great customer service and teamwork.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service times.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow company procedures.
- Pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
