**Job Title: Mortgage Administrator**

**Location: Pinner**

**Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)**

My client, a growing specialist mortgage broker is looking for a Mortgage Administrator. We have placed a handful of administrators into the business, none of which have left in the past few years, they really value their staff here. You will work with avariety of lenders and must have experience as a mortgage admin in the past. You will be office based, Monday to Friday, no weekend work and never later than a 5:30 finish.

This is a great opportunity for somebody that is either, currently a Mortgage Administrator, or somebody that is working on the mortgage process with a lender, looking to move into the broker world.

**Experience required for a Mortgage Administrator to come on board;**

You must have some form of experience, working on the mortgage process such as completions, case management, underwriting or general mortgage administration.
Experience with keying in on lender portals would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Mortgage Administrator Duties;**

Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
You will be expected to some basic advisor duties, such as outbound calls to the company’s current clients to see if people are ready for renewing.
