Protocol Education are searching for Teaching Assistants of all capabilities to join the schools in the Wakefield area. Due to the high demand on all teaching staff, schools, now more than ever, are crying out for good quality TAs to support children through their learning experiences. If you are a caring, compassionate, patient individual, then this might just be for you.

Part of your role as a TA might be:

- To support the teacher in the classroom to ensure all children can access the curriculum.
- To encourage perseverance in the children you work with.
- To hold small interventions groups to close the gap in lost learning.
- To scaffold individual children or small groups of children to reduce the barriers they face.

To qualify for this role, you need:

- To be eligibly to work in the UK.
- To be able to provide 2 references for your employment over the past 3 years.
To have some experience working with primary age children.
