**We are a small team, looking for flexible people to join us to work 8 hours per week. **Retail Sales Advisor**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, offering product advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support stock management, including replenishment, inventory checks, and ensuring product availability.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist with concession setup and maintenance, ensuring the space remains organised and appealing.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and enhance overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Previous experience in a retail or concession environment (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and positive approach.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends (preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, peak trading hours and event days.
