Customer Service Advisor/ Office Supervisor

Clyde Paper and Print are a busy family business established for 45 years, serving the office and educational markets in the central belt. We are a close-knit team and thrive on giving excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming telephone calls and manage customer orders and enquiries
- Supervising all admin activities in the office to ensure all tasks are managed efficiently
- Looking after quotes and pricing for customers
- Assisting marketing department with admin duties
- Enthusiastic and positive with a good telephone manner
- Proven experience in customer service and office administration
- Close attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Excel
- Time and task managed

This is a permanent position. Monday
- Friday - 37 hours/ week.
**Salary**: £21k - £25k depending on experience.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff test twice a week. Enhanced levels of cleaning and hygiene implemented.
