Employment Partners are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive for one of our clients based in Broughton. This a permanent position.
**Hours**:
Monday-Friday 09:00AM to 17:00PM.
(Additional hours/days’ work may be required throughout the year due to company events and promotions).
**Salary**:
£22,000 - £23,000 per annum.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- To deliver agreed annual sales targets in terms of volume and gross profit as set by the board and sales director.
- Assist with selling on behalf of their distribution partners.
- Be fully knowledgeable on company’s products as well as competitors’ products and their features/benefits.
- Participate in evening/weekend promotions and events as necessary.
- Prospect and open new accounts.
- Compile commercial data for customer presentations.
- Deal with customer requests and action in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all admin in relation to account - to ensure it is smooth running.
- Responsible for all internal verbal/written communication on your account’s performance.
- Own your target numbers and follow the execution, tracking, and corrective principles trained in during induction.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt styles/behaviours for different customers.
- MUST have tele sales experience.
- Understanding of private/own label business.
- Passionate.
- Highly organized.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft products.
- Sales target focused.
- Ambition to succeed.
