Looking for a role where your work-life balance is better? Currently offering full-time/ part-time days shifts (22.5, 30, 37.5 hours). Shifts are 7.5 hours and are a mixture of Early (07.30-15.00) and lates (14.30-22.00)

We are also looking for full time night support workers where you work 35 hours per week. The night shift hours are 21.45-07:45 working 4 shifts one week, and the 3 the next.

We are currently recruiting for Days Support Workers and Night Support Workers to join us in The South Elmsall region of WF9 1

You will be working as part of a dedicated team in one of our supported living services in West Yorkshire. Where we support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Working and supporting adults with complex needs to create positive outcomes and promote independence.
Direct practical interactions with adults including, activities, cooking, personal care, and engaging with the wider community.
Engage in planning and coordination of activities as a team.
residential homes of which you should have an understanding.
Engage in planning, implementation, and delivery of support plans.
Working in partnership with other agencies.
providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents to regulatory standards.
