Our client is a very well-respected supplier of paint and decorating materials into the trade sector. They are recruiting an Internal Sales (Trade Counter Sales Advisors / Sales Negotiators / Sales Advisors) to help the successful running of a brand newsite within the Kidderminster area.

**Do you work within a Decorator Centre or the world of paint?**

**OR**

**Do you work within a builders merchants, plumbers merchants or the wider construction supplies sector? If you have the transferable skills and industry knowledge we need. Full product training given.**

**Do you work in any kind of retail environment that may be relevant**

If you fancy a new challenge, helping open a brand new branch, taking ownership of the new branch and joining a great company that is on the up then **we'd love to speak to you**.

With the largest stock range of decorating materials and paint on the market, our client are a fantastic brand within the market, extremely well thought of by their customers and colleagues alike with a current network of 20 branches. The business have securedinvestment and is currently under going considerable expansion, opening 25 new branches over the next 2-3 years throughout the Northern region and Midlands.

We are managing the recruitment process for these branch openings. As such we are able to give full access to our client, who they are and what their plans are.

You would initially be part of a small, 3-person team with a target turnover of £1m (once established).

This role requires special someone - various backgrounds will be considered but whatever you will need to demonstrate you can get on with a range of people and be helpful whilst having an understanding of what the branch will need to do financially.
