Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.**The role of the Technical Assurance Administrator is to work with the technical teams to ensure all assets, purchasing, policies, configuration data and audit evidence is accurately processed, reviewed, and updated across the MHR IT Division.
This is an opportunity to learn and develop in a fast-moving environment and develop skills in business improvement and audit, you will:

- Manage and maintain a configuration and asset database.
- Provide governance and compliance support, supplying evidence as required in line with Audit Frameworks, customer requirements.
- Work with Assurance and technical teams to ensure audit requirements are understood and maintained.
- Manage and maintain documents for operational procedures and policies, ensuring they are reviewed and maintained regularly.
- Assist in hardware and software purchasing, ensuring all procurement is accurately recorded and support contracts are in place for all business-critical assets.
- Manage and maintain Supplier lists and assist the assurance team with new supplier on-boarding.
- Help maintain an accurate risk register in conjunction with the business assurance team.
- Review procedures and suggest improvements on a regular basis.
