Quality Assurance and Performance Lead

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Quality Assurance and Performance Lead to join our management team.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Developing, leading and managing Quality Assurance across Tricuro.
- Implementing and developing the Quality Assurance Strategy and Action Plan.
- Providing expert advice to Directors, management and operational staff.
- Scrutinising and monitoring operational activity to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulation and practice standards.
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are kept up to date.
- Developing questionnaires and undertaking surveys and focus groups to inform service improvement.
- Providing detailed analysis and interpretation of risk management information.
- Participating in the company on call rota once a month.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, train and educate at all levels.
- The ability to build and manage effecting working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Social Care regulation and legislation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including preparation of reports.
- Demonstrated understanding of performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards in adult social care.
- Proven track record in leading, implementing and managing quality, safety, and risk management programmes at senior management level.
- Professional qualification at NVQ level 4/5 in Management or equivalent.
