Deutsche Bank's Rates business provides a comprehensive range of fixed income securities and Over the Counter derivatives including Government, Agency and Mortgage-Backed Securities and a full range of interest rate, fund, and inflation derivative products.

Rates offers our clients access to the Bank’s liquidity and product expertise via our global sales, trading and structuring teams or our electronic trading channels.

Our track record in executing large trades and our ability to structure, execute and risk manage complex transactions, makes Rates the natural choice for many leading corporations and financial institutions.

You will be responsible for the Market Making and Risk Management of Europe (EUR) Interest Rates Derivatives and report to the current head of EUR Swaps Trading.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Interacting with clients, sales and internal counterparties in other trading, coverage, and structuring functions to increase market transparency and to generate new business
- Providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably
- Further developing and enhancing the EUR Rates franchise
- Building a sustainable business and market share
- Analysing market structure and the opportunities and threats there-in. Managing financial risk and non-financial risks

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong quantitative skills and proven risk management skills
- A deep understanding of the asset class and a deep understanding of capital and regulatory matters in derivatives
- Experience working in and with front office stakeholders
- Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideas. Experienced in the derivative regulatory and capital costs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
