If this sounds like a team you'd like to join ... keep reading. **Purpose of the role**: To provide and facilitate automotive events for the purpose of representing Inside Track and it's customers. **Key responsibilities**: - BA's need to have automotive knowledge of vehicles on the event, expertise and to support and help Events Specialists to talk to customers, data capture and promote the vehicle/s involved to increase sales. - to be functional as an individual on stand but also being able to work as part of a wider team, be outgoing and confident in answering questions around products and proactive in gathering leads for client products. - To work closely with Clients and Event Mangers to deliver following event briefs in a timely manner. - Produce expense reports following events and submit in a timely manner - To provide onsite event support to the event team, clients & Inside Track demo team - Able to travel nation wide ( covered expenses) **Person specifications**: -Expereince in Customer service and support - Confidence and knowledgeable automotive industry and interacting with customers/dealers alike - Event Management experience advantageous - Client Management & relationship building - A Passion for Building and Growing Relationships - Able to travel nation wise ( Travel subsidised)**DHL Benefits**: As a DHL employee you'll have access to a wide variety of benefits aimed at enhancing your wellbeing both at home and at work, from a free and confidential 24/7 GP Service and Employee Assistance Programme to affordable loans, cycle to work scheme and financial education.
