As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide support to our committed and professional kitchen teams washing pots and pans, keeping floors clean, sanitizing food preparation areas and occasionally helping with food prep work.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times in the kitchen service and stillroom areas, inclusive of washing of crockery, cutlery, glass and cookware.
- To maintain safe working practices in accordance with Fire, Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations, using the correct cleaning methods and cleaning products provided, in line with company departmental COSHH training.
- To provide excellent efficiency in standards of guest services and cleanliness of equipment
- Keep kitchen resources tidy and organised in line with company standards and departmental training.
- Service - Ensuring all areas are exceptionally clean and tidy at all times
- Teamwork - Working closely with other members of your team with the ability to follow instruction
- Attitude - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Respect - Acting in a respectful way to all other members of the TLH team
- Safe and Sustainable - To ensure all work is carried out promptly whilst operating in a safe and efficient way according to all health and safety legislation and company policies.

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
£9.50 per hour - Full and part-time hours available, over 5 days inclusive of weekends.
