**Salary**: £23810per annum (Full-Time Equivalent)

**Contract**: 12-Month Fixed Term (with 30-Day Notice Period)

**Hours**: Full-Time (37.5hrs - Monday to Friday work pattern)

**About Us**

Photograph My Product Ltd (PMP) is a specialist product photography studio dedicated to delivering high-quality imagery for eCommerce brands, retailers, and businesses. We produce model photography, packshots, and creative product imagery, working with well-known brands to ensure their products are showcased professionally.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior eCommerce Photographer to join our team. This role will involve working with models, handling studio photography, and assisting in studio operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

**Role & Responsibilities**

The Junior eCommerce Photographer will be responsible for supporting the studio team in all aspects of **product and model photography**. The role will include:

- **Studio Photography** - Assisting in shooting product packshots and model photography in a controlled studio environment.
- **Model Photography** - Supporting scheduled model shoots, helping to coordinate product styling and shoot preparation.
- **Stock Handling & Organisation** - Helping to manage incoming stock for photography, ensuring all items are logged, organised, and prepared for shoots.
- **Lighting & Set Preparation** - Assisting in setting up lighting, backgrounds, and props for various photography requirements.
- **Studio Workflow Support** - Assisting in the coordination of batch photography days, working to structured schedules to ensure smooth production flow.
- **Administrative Support** - Helping to manage photography logs, reference sheets, and metadata entry to maintain an organised image library.
- Training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including studio photography, lighting techniques, and workflow management._

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Essential Skills & Attributes**:

- Experience in eCommerce or product photography is a plus but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to work within structured schedules and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
- Comfortable working with models, styling products, and assisting in set preparation.
- Good technical awareness of photography, including lighting setups and composition.
- Physically capable - able to lift equipment, stand for long periods, and assist in setting up photographic scenes.
- Flexibility with working hours - early starts or late finishes may occasionally be required to meet production deadlines.

**Desirable Skills & Attributes**:

- Knowledge of digital asset management and metadata organisation.
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (beneficial but not essential).
